Changes to user view in Help Desk effective March 12, 2018

When you log into the Help Desk portal, you see a list of the tickets you have submitted. Currently the list shows your oldest tickets first and, if you’ve submitted a lot of tickets over the years, you end up having to scroll through pages to find your most recent tickets. We’ve gotten a lot of feedback from you all and so, on March 12, 2018, we will switch it around so that you see the newest tickets first.
