New Eesysoft support tool to be made available on May 11, 2018

We are excited to announce that we will upgrade our current Eesysoft support on Blackboard.  Eesysoft is a proactive support tool which allows contextual messages and on-demand resources to be placed within any Blackboard page.  In order to upgrade Eesysoft to the new interface, the Eesysoft tab will be down for 12 hours on May 11.  Blackboard will continue to run as normal.

Our current Eesysoft support has a tab on the right on Blackboard with text "Support".

When you click on the Support tab, you will see this:

After the upgrade on May 11, you will see the new Eesysoft Support Circle as shown:

When you click on the Support button, you will see the new support page view as shown:

With this new upgrade, you will have the ability to email to our Help Desk or call our Blackboard Support team.
