Instructions on how to send the Remote Work Agreement Form using Adobe eSign


          What you will need before submitting this form

  1. Your (employee) and Supervisor email addresses

          Resolution

  1. Go to the Gallaudet Adobe eSign page (it will take you to an external site with a new window).
  2. Click on the "Start from library" button.
  3. In the pop-up window, click on "Workflows" on the left pane.
  4. Select the "HR_Remote Working Agreement" and click on the "Start" button.
  5. Enter Employee and Supervisor's email addresses.
  6. Leave other fields intact and click "Send".
  7. Enter the required information in highlighted sections.
  8. Click on "Click here to sign".
  9. Your request will be routed to others for signatures and a final signed copy will be sent to Human Resources (for tracking purposes).
