Amy H. Drewek, DoIT doctoral student, publishes chapter

New publication by DoIT doctoral student
 
Doctoral student Amy H. Drewek recently published a co-authored chapter titled "Deaf healthcare professionals' perspectives: Understanding the work of ASL-English healthcare interpreters."  The chapter was co-authored by Laurie Swabey, Andrea M. Olson, Christopher J. Moreland, and Drewek.
 
The chapter appears in a new Routledge volume titled Multicultural health translation, interpreting and communication, which was edited by Meng Ji, Mustapha Taibi, and Ineke H.M.Crezee
 
We appreciate the many contributions to research by the faculty and students in the Department of Interpretation and Translation.
