Bid and win an exclusive framed print of Nyle DiMarco at Homecoming

Bid and win an exclusive framed print of Nyle DiMarco at Homecoming

To raise money and awareness to support early childhood language acquisition and literacy initiatives at Gallaudet University, an original oil painting of Nyle DiMarco, Gallaudet alumnus and winner of the America’s Next Top Model and Dancing with the Stars competitions, was auctioned off last month.

The auction was hosted in honor of President Cordano’s inauguration and represented a three-fold display of deaf talent: not only is Nyle’s likeness featured, the portrait was also painted by deaf artist Nancy Rourke and based on a photograph taken by alumnus Tate Tullier.

Disappointed you missed your chance to own the painting? Don’t be!

A very limited run of prints (only 10 in existence!) have been produced and framed. Gallaudet’s Development Office has obtained one of these autographed prints to auction off during Homecoming Day festivities, which could soon be yours!

Want to bid?

Visit the Development Office/Alumni Relations booth on Homecoming Day (October 29 from 11 a.m.—3 p.m.) to put your name and bid amount down on the bid sheet.

Further details: the framed print is 16”x20”, signed by Nyle DiMarco himself, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Value has been appraised at $200. For more information about the auction, please email Rashida.Hutchinson@gallaudet.edu.
