Gallaudet highlights NASA's deaf hidden figures

The Deaf Difference + Space Survival exhibit opened on April 11, 2017, at the Gallaudet University Museum Annex-Weyerhaeuser Gallery at JSAC. The exhibit features the Gallaudet 11, Gallaudet alumni who were involved in a joint research project with the U.S. Naval School of Aviation Medicine and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to study balance, motion sickness, and weightlessness from 1958 to 1968.

ABC7 news covered the exhibit opening for their evening newscast. Check out the story here (the video has a CC option): http://wjla.com/news/local/gallaudet-university-highlights-nasas-deaf-hidden-figures
