Hearing non-signers are still needed for a neuroscience study.

The Action & Brain Lab at Gallaudet University (Dr. Lorna Quandt, director) is currently seeking participants for a new study of action and perception. Our study collects brainwave activity while you see videos of people performing actions and provide simple responses.

Participation takes about an hour and a half, and you will be paid $20/hour for your time and travel.

You may be eligible to participate if you are:

• At least 18 years old

AND

• Hearing

AND

• Do not know any sign language

AND

• Right handed

This study has been approved by the Gallaudet Institutional Review Board (IRB).
