Payne Fellowship Virtual Information Session on October 2, 2020 from 4-5 p.m.

This virtual information session describes how U.S. citizen applicants can benefit from a unique partner between Howard University and Gallaudet University by applying for the Payne Fellowship, which was established to encourage individuals from historically underrepresented groups and those with financial need to pursue career in International Development. 

The Payne Fellowship offers:

  • University tuition and stipend
  • Internship with the US Agency for International Development (USAID)
  • Upon successful completion of the Payne Program, eligibility for employment with USAID's Foreign Service
