The Office of Sponsored Programs and Research Services presents "Did You Know?"

Did you know that the National Science Foundation (NSF) will be having its very first NSF Virtual Grants Conference?  The grants conference is being held the weeks of November 16, 2020 and November 30, 2020.  The conference will give new faculty, researchers, and administrators key insights into a wide range of current issues at NSF while also providing up-to-date information about the proposal and award process, specific funding opportunities, and answering attendee questions.  This conference is free of charge and all recorded conference sessions will be available on-demand shortly after the event.  The NSF anticipates the sessions will reach capacity very quickly, so register as soon as possible.   Registration opens on October 29, 2020.  Stay up-to-date on conference information and to register for the conference at https://nsfpolicyoutreach.com/.

Grants and contracts are integral to establishing "Gallaudet as the epicenter of research development and outreach leading to advancements in knowledge and practice for deaf and hard of hearing people and all humanity."  A central component of Gallaudet University's mission is the enhancement of faculty and staff opportunities for creative and scholarly research and training.  If you have a question about the grant writing process or if you have an idea or concept and would like to discuss potential grant opportunities, please contact Audrey Wineglass Foster at audrey.foster@gallaudet.ed.   We look forward to meeting and working with you.
