The Office of Sponsored Programs Presents "Did You Know?"

Did you know research misconduct can occur during the grant application process?  Follow these tips from The Office of Research Integrity at the Department of Health and Human Services to make sure your application is the best it can be.

Text describing tips to avoid research misconduct is overlaid on a doughnut shape, divided into quarters colored green, blue, purple, and teal.

The Office of Research Integrity (ORI) at the Department of Health and Human Services has a series of infographics to help researchers, trainees, and supervisors understand and prevent research misconduct and encourage research integrity.  The full series can be found at https://ori.hhs.gov/infographics

Grants and research contracts are integral to establishing "Gallaudet as the epicenter of research development and outreach leading to advancements in knowledge and practice for deaf and hard of hearing people and all humanity."  A central component of Gallaudet University's mission is the enhancement of faculty and staff opportunities for creative and scholarly research and training.  If you have a question about the grant writing process or if you have an idea or concept and would like to discuss potential grant opportunities, please contact Audrey Wineglass Foster at audrey.foster@gallaudet.edu.   We look forward to meeting and working with you.
