Turn-A-Page-Together (TAPT) to meet on Wednesdays

Flyer

Turn-A-Page-Together (TAPT) continues in its 17th consecutive year. TAPT is an 8-11 week campus “book club” offered during each fall and spring semester. Students, faculty and staff members read books from, or about, different cultures and meet weekly, on Wednesdays, over lunch from noon to 1 p.m. to share their diverse views and perspectives through group discussions. The TAPT program begins February 13, 2019.

This spring, three books have been selected: The Spirit Catches You and You Fall Down: A Hmong Child, Her American Doctors, and the Collision of Two Cultures (Anne Fadiman), Homegoing (Yaa Gyasi) and Finding Zoe (Brandi Rarus). Sign up for TAPT on the registration form. Contact Elvia at elvia.guillermo@gallaudet.edu for more information or stop by to see her HMB-S141-C.
