Two part paid study on those who have tested positive for COVID-19

Researchers at the National Institutes of Health are working with the Center for Deaf HealthEquity at Gallaudet University to gather information from deaf people who tested positive for COVID-19. There are two parts. The first part will be online in ASL and English. This will take about five minutes. The second part will be a short interview with a research staff. After you finish both parts, you will get a $20 Amazon e-gift card.

To
take the survey in ASL and English, you must be deaf or hard of hearing early in life or before 21 years old, and tested positive for COVID-19:

The project was approved by Gallaudet University's Institutional Review Board. Thank you for supporting this important research.
