Description

National Coming Out Day, hosted by the LGBTQA Resource Center, will take place on October 11 at LLRH6 Co-Lab.

National Coming Out Day is an annual event that’s been in existence since the mid-1980’s. How did it become such an important day and why?  Come learn more at our event! We’ll feature a looping slideshow that highlight the importance of being out and proud by showing a number of influential LGBTQIA+ people. Attendees will enjoy light refreshments, take Coming Out Day photos.  We are also encouraging people to share their coming out stories!

Join us on Friday, October 11, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Co-lab in LLHR6! Open to all students, staff, faculty and alumni!
