    Gallaudet University made history this past week at the annual conference of the Peace and Justice Studies Association (PJSA) in Birmingham, Alabama. Edgar “Bernie” Palmer, ’78 & G-’03, executive director of the Office of Diversity and Equity for Students; Dr. Elavie Ndura, Chief Diversity Officer; and Matthew Rider-Barclay, projects manager at the Clerc Center, gave the first presentation ever featuring deaf presenters at the conference.
