    On April 8, 2014, the Gallaudet University Museum held a grand opening of its major and permanent exhibit in Chapel Hall. In honor of its fifth anniversary, the museum received a Museum Assessment Program (MAP) certificate from the American Alliance of Museums, which recognized its efforts towards full accreditation, meeting national standards of museum excellence. To learn more about the Museum, click here
