    Individuals who contributed to the launch of the K-12 ASL Content Standards were recognized during the February 8, 2018 meeting of the National Deaf Education Committee, a committee of the Board of Trustees.

    Stone and Jacoby were employed at the Clerc Center when the initiative began in approximately 2010. All other individuals are currently staff or administrators at the Clerc Center. The Clerc Center released the long-awaited K-12 ASL Content Standards on January 31, to nationwide acclaim, with more information here.
