    The Department of Interpretation and Translation at Gallaudet University will host the second Symposium on Signed Language Interpretation and Translation Research, March 31–April 2, 2017.

    The purpose of the Symposium is to promote the exchange of scholarship on signed language interpretation and translation as well as provide a platform for interdisciplinary research across various disciplines including linguistics, communication, sociology, psychology, anthropology, and education. The Symposium is a unique forum for scholars and students from around the world to convene at Gallaudet University to share research with one another.
