Taught COU 734: Lifestyles and Career Development online for School Counseling and Mental Health Counseling majors during the Fall 2014 semester. The course was designed to provide students with knowledge of theories, materials, programs and practices in the career development area. It seeks to identify practices used with or that are potentially useful with deaf and hard of hearing individuals, including those with additional disabilities. The course covered multicultural issues in career development and transition programming as they pertain to deaf and hard of hearing individuals in schools and in the world of work.
