Announcing the new Paperless and Automated Digital Workflows Task Force

Group photo. See text for identification

On Thursday, March 7, 2019, the new Paperless and Automated Digital Workflows Task Force kicked off its first meeting. The task force aims to make all of our lives much easier by making business transactions more efficient. This will include redesigning all of our forms, processes, and transactions and making them digital. The group will also look at leveraging the campus space reservation system to consolidate associated resource requests such as media equipment, catering, access control, setup/teardown, and more.

This action is a direct result of the efforts of the BRRI process to become more efficient and to maximize our resources (time, space, and people). A folio has been set up in my.gallaudet to share information and progress with the campus community and to elicit feedback. https://my.gallaudet.edu/paperless-and-automated-digital-workflows-task-force
