Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is an evidence-based behavior parent therapy program that supports the development of healthy relationships between parents and their children and increases child compliance.
PCIT is the only evidenced-based mental health intervention that has been adapted for deaf families and has evidence to support its effectiveness.
PCIT services are available to local families with children between the ages of 2-7 and who have one or more deaf members.
