Short Biography: Taye currently works as a paralegal specialist in the Office of General Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), where he support federal prosecutors in litigation and investigation in securities law. Immediately prior to joining the SEC, he worked at the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section under the Criminal Division within the U.S. Department of Justice, where he provides assistance to federal prosecutors and federal criminal investigators with complicated federal investigations and prosecutions in cybercrime, intellectual property, electronic evidence, and cybersecurity laws. Taye is also a national CORE Registered Paralegal ("CRP") and an American Alliance Certified Paralegal ("AACP"). 

He worked as a Coordinator of Residence Education within Residence Life and Housing here at Gallaudet University before working for the federal government.
